These Terms and Conditions ("Terms" / "Conditions Générales de Vente") govern the use of services provided by NEXTEP AGENCY LLC, registered at 1345 Branson Ave Apt 3B, Las Cruces, NM 88001, USA. By engaging our services you accept these Terms in full.

2. Services
Nextep Agency provides consulting, marketing and professional account management services, as described on this website and as detailed in the proposal or order form signed by the client.
3. Orders and contract formation
A binding contract is formed once the client accepts a written proposal or pays the first invoice. Service scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in that proposal.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are stated in USD or EUR as indicated on the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 7 days by card or bank transfer. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
5. Refund policy
Our refund terms are detailed on our Refund Policy page and form an integral part of these Terms.
6. Client obligations
- Provide accurate information and required access in a timely manner.
- Comply with the policies of any third-party platform involved.
- Not request services that violate applicable laws or platform rules.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the services.
8. Liability
Fresh Agency provides services with professional diligence but cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes. Aggregate liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 15 days' written notice. Fees for work performed up to termination remain due.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of New Mexico.
