Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from NEXTEP AGENCY LLC.

1. Consulting & strategy services

Consulting sessions and strategy deliverables are non-refundable once the work has been performed. If you cancel a scheduled session at least 48 hours in advance, you may reschedule at no additional cost.

2. Monthly account management

Monthly retainers may be cancelled at any time with 15 days' written notice. The current month is non-refundable; no further invoices will be issued after the notice period ends.

3. Refund requests

Requests must be sent to support@nextepagency.co with the original invoice number and the reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.

4. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us before initiating a chargeback, so that we can resolve any issue directly and quickly.
